At InspireTo, every t-shirt, sweatshirt, and hoodie is made with care and love—just for you! Because our items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If something isn’t right, we’ve got your back!
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• A clear photo of the item

We’ll review and do our best to make it right with a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Sizing Reminder

Because each piece is custom, please be sure to double-check sizing before ordering. Our blends (50/50 cotton-poly) for sweatshirts and hoodies, tend to be true to size, while 100% cotton styles like t-shirts may shrink slightly after the first wash. When in doubt, sizing up for a looser fit is a great option!

We understand how important it is to get the right fit. We kindly ask that you double-check your measurements before placing your order to ensure the best possible fit.
